BIT Electrical Technology

During an applied electrical technology program, students receive hands-on training to learn the ins and outs of the electrical trade. Graduates qualify for entry-level electrical careers in commercial, residential and industrial environments.

Applied electrical technology programs help students develop fundamental electrical skills and technical know-how. They generally include few or no general education requirements, focusing instead on hands-on learning. Students usually learn how to perform a number of electrical tasks and are instructed in electrical system design.
