The Bachelor in Public Administration program was offered in the Universidad De Manila at the time this institution was established in 1987 and has long been merged before with the different Colleges, such as College of Criminology, College of Arts and Sciences, College of Business and Public Administration and later College of Accountancy and Public Administration. It became independent only through Administrative Order No. 003, Series of 2013, on August 16, 2013 creating the College of Public Administration.
In line with the University’s vision and mission, the College of Public Administration envisions itself to be the leading center for academic and service excellence in the field of public management and governance and responsive to the needs of the local government units.
