If you failed to print or present your application form to the UDM registrar’s office due to the following reasons:
A) Used mobile phones during on-line application
B) Lost the application form
C) Missed to print the form
D) And a lot more reasons
Pls. Send your full name to the registrar’s fb page: udm registrar admission 2019. Your concerns will be acted upon from 1:00 – 5:00 pm. Mondays thru Fridays. Or, visit the registrar’s office, from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m., Mondays thru Fridays.
When you message, wait till you receive a response:
“your application has been cancelled. Pls. Re-apply”
Do not use mobile phones in your on-line application unless your phones are connected to a printer. We encourage you to have your on-line application at any computer shops with available printers.
