Please be guided accordingly of the following ADMISSION STEPS
STEP 1 Proceed to the University Registrar and secure the Admission Form. Kindly bring the original copy of the following:

High School Card (Form138)

Certificate of Good Moral Character duly signed by the School Principal

PSA issued Birth Certificate (include any amendment if necessary)

1 pc. Colored I.D. picture (1.5 cm x 1.5 cm)
Note: Should you decide to change your course make sure, it is still aligned to your SHS Strand and duly approved by the University Registrar.
Ex. Nursing (STEM) to Engineering (STEM)
STEP 2 Proceed to the University Guidance and Counselling Office to secure approval for interview and for Counselling on your desired course.
STEP 3 Proceed to the College Admission Committee of your 1st Choice course for Interview. If not accepted proceed to the College of your 2nd Choice. After the Interview wait for the notification via email/cellphone regarding the status of your admission.
STEP 4 If admitted proceed to the University Clinic for physical Examination and secure laboratory request for Chest x-ray, Hepatitis B, Drug Test and present Vaccination card. Proceed to the accredited Laboratory facilities. After the Physical and Medical Examination wait for the notification via email or cellphone regarding the status of your admission.
STEP 5 If FIT for enrollment, proceed to the University Registrar for Enrollment.
