Qualification:
EDUCATION
Master’s degree in the area of specialization or its allied courses
TRAINING
with at least 10 hours of relevant training
EXPERIENCE
with at least 2 years of relevant experience
ELIGIBILITY
with Career Service Eligibility, LET, or R.A. 108
1. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet and Curriculum Vitae
2. Certified True Copy of Transcript of Records
3. Certified True Copy of Certificate of Eligibility/Rating/License
4. Certified True Copy of Certificate/s of Trainings Attended
5. Employment Certification
6. Certificate of Research Output / Manuscript, if any
